Beginners

Beginners Pilates classes each exercise will be explained step by step to understand how your moving your body and the muscle focus. Learning to breath correctly through each exercise, strengthen your core, flexibility, balance and tone the whole of your body. A classical full body workout working through the repertoire as originally taught by Joseph Pilates.

Mixed Ability

Mixed Ability Pilates classes focus on concentration and muscle control alongside breathing techniques, allowing you to transition smoothly from one exercise to another. With the use of props such as resistance bands, magic circles and balls to further challenge and deepen your workout.

Sculpt

Our Sculpt Pilates Classes focus on building strength and toning muscles through the basic mat pilates exercises just incorporated with weights or resistance bands. Emphasising core engagement and controlled moves.

Power

Our Power Pilates Classes are a high intensity version of traditional pilates that combines core-focused movements with strength training and cardio, often using equipment like weights, bands and sliders to increase intensity and challenge endurance.
